The Coors Light Search for the Coldest national tour will make its first stop in the Atlanta Market at an invitation-only, uniquely engaging performance experience. Since April this ;national competition provided the aspiring up-and-coming MCs a once-in-a lifetime opportunity to showcase their skills online, in the studio, and now, before large crowds.
The Atlanta event will feature performances by N*E*R*D, Pac Div and The Coors Light Search for the Coldest South Regional winner - all simulcast-live on the Coors Light Facebook page.

GA Tech Alum and Steelers' running back Jon Dwyer will host three days of football fundamentals and fun at his youth football camp, June 16-18 in Marietta, Georgia. Dwyer and his NFL colleagues and fellow GT Yellow Jackets teammates will work with 300 youth, ages 5-18 at his alma mater, Kell High School.
Campers will learn NFL style drills, form stretching techniques, strength and conditioning training, offense and defense position instruction, and team concepts for each age group and skill level from Dwyer’s experienced camp coaching staff. The key component of the camp however is the mentoring segments, which will encourage the campers to make good choices, reject negative influences and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Hip Hop star passes musical torch by gifting daughter with a new record label, Purple Ribbon Kidz
Grammy –winning ATLien Big Boi will solidify his legacy to musical history by passing the torch on to his teen daughter with a star-studded launch of a newly developed record label, Purple Ribbon Kidz. Scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at a private location, Big Boi and his teen daughter Jordan Patton, will welcome a host of celebrity kids from all walks of fame for food, fun and music during this “BIG” celebration.
Almost twenty years ago as one half of hip hop royalty; Big Boi made history and helped establish Atlanta as a focal point for creative energy. Today, Big hopes to be an active part of keeping the Outkast legacy alive by passing the torch to his sixteen year old daughter, gifting her with her own record label, complete with a superstar flagship artist, thirteen year old YouTube sensation Gabbie Rae.
